Anyways.. shock, horror.. we were ready on time (aside from choosing which of Chalkie's ties to wear). Doesn't seem like a proper family event without a mad rush.
So tempted to join him... but I'd had enough death threats for one day!
We were all waiting for it... and so disappointed (JJ proper bawled at this point)
Drat.. I missed it.. there was a moment just before this where JJ's face very clearly said to the vicar "you're going to give me a lighted candle.. really?"
"Not for long mate" said Harry silently.
I made it the whole way through without blubbing.. and without doing anything stupid or embarrassing anyone (at least I don't think I did). And I said all the right things in all the right places.. nice and loud and very honoured to be making those promises.
If I keep my mouth shut, Daddy can't get any food in..
We had behaved ourselves all day... time to play!

Jay Jay likes to drive home from Christenings.. he had a go in a gorgeous old MX-5 last time.
What is slightly worrying is what he likes to do once he has driven home...
I mean, opening your brother's presents... how rude!
